How to borrow our resources
We understand that it can be hard to get in to us during the working week, so we are happy to post items out to you (currently free of charge). All we ask is that you ensure they are securely wrapped for safe return if mailed. They can be posted to:
PO Box 6728, Christchurch , 8442
Alternatively they can be dropped off to the returns box in the Anglican Centre reception area.
Our catalogue is available HERE.
If you can’t find the item you want, or for any requests, please email the librarian at firstname.lastname@example.org and your request can be held for you to collect, or mailed out to you.
You do need to be a member to borrow, but joining the library is easy and free, and can be done at the time of borrowing.
All we need is your full name and address, email and phone number. Once we have this you can borrow anything in the library, and we will send out a library card which enables you to issue your own items and manage your loans in person at the library.
There are generally staff here on Tuesday and Thursday, 9.30am – 2pm. Outside of these times the library is unstaffed but accessible Monday to Friday 9-5pm (which is when your library card comes in particularly useful).
Theology House loans are generally for three weeks, but please feel free to email if you would like an extension.
